Delivery Information

Exatek ships to virtually any address in Australia. We will endeavour to ship website orders received on the same day if received before 1 pm AEST. If the item is not in stock a representative will call or email you and advise a shipping date. We aim to keep our shipping and handling costs to a minimum and to utilise only the most efficient carriers.

98% of orders received by 1 pm via our website (on business days), and sent to an address within Australia will be shipped the same day. Delivery will default to road-freight if overnight express is not confirmed at the time of the order. Delivery will take between 1-10 business days depending on the delivery method chosen. Bulky items may be shipped via road may take additional time.

Tracking details are emailed to the billing email on file once a shipping label is created, but tracking will not update until the package is scanned at the end-of-day pickup; customers can use the link in the email to view the most recent tracking information.
